The book has been very popular with both individuals and churches over the course of the last few months. Weekly, Joe is receiving emails and letters stating how the book has been "life-changing."

 | Mobile's Festival of Hope a Great Success! January 24, 2010 was the date. Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama was the place. What happened? More than 10,000 people came to receive help and hope as free groceries, shoes, health screenings, meals, haircuts, family photographs, and so much more. Amazingly there were also 2,100 volunteers who offered their service for the day! These volunteers came from almost 100 churches, organizations, and businesses throughout the Mobile community. In all, the collaborative effort provided 1,000 pairs of shoes, 720 haircuts given by 83 hairstylists, 1,500 health and dental exams given by 32 doctors and nurses, 10,000 meals provided by Food for Less, 700 family portraits, 70,000 pounds of groceries, and much more. There was also a music tent, children's zone, and sports zone that featured more than 70 University of South Alabama athletes and coaches along with numerous NFL scouts. Spiritually, more than 9,100 people were prayed for and 250 people desired to become followers of Christ.
Mobile Festival of Hope was co-visioned and coordinated by Joe Savage and Winners Influence. "It was an amazing honor and privilege to be part of God's work in Mobile," said Savage. "The day was simply amazing!"
